The Lake Of Lost Girls
by Katherine Greene
View in Library Catalog
book cover

Easy to read mystery/suspense with crime podcast chapters. Great plot, though somewhat predictable for avid readers, but there are still twists and turns to leave you guessing throughout the whole book even until the end! Trigger warnings include: substance use, death, murder, abuse, and grief, so it may not be suitable for all readers.

This was an interesting and unusual read. It had some humor but also lots of anxiousness and tragedy and anxiety. It was a quick read. Did make me think afterwards about what kind of legacy I personally have inherited from my parents/grandparents/etc. and what type of legacy do I hope to leave for others to learn about and discover if they so desire.

This was the 3rd book in the series. I saw the preview for it on Disney and thought it would be interesting. Wow! What an inspiring story. Highly recommend.

This was an awesome and completely unique horror novel. It would make a great movie. It has the appeal of a classic ghost story with a twist. Very haunting.

I enjoyed this finale to the Sookie stackhouse series and I am ultimately very happy with who sookie ended up with. I felt like there was still some loose ends but I know there’s one more book after this so I look forward to that.

Very interesting book I really enjoyed. Some of the 'poetry' at the end of each chapter got long but I would recommend this book.

Great book! Fascinating historical look at the "troubles" in Northern Ireland. I learned a lot about these events. A truly remarkable read. I received the book as a Christmas gift and recently loaned it to my neighbor to read.
